Introduction

Optima delivered a tailored hydronic heating solution for this residential project in Keilor, working alongside Roussou Constructions to provide efficient, comfortable and consistent heating throughout the home.

Project Overview

The project included both in-screed hydronic floor heating and hydronic panel radiators. This combination provides underfloor heating throughout the main areas of the home, with panel radiators providing heating to selected rooms.

Our Solution

We installed Giacomini pipe positioning boards with Uponor PEX-A pipework for the in-screed hydronic floor heating system.

The installation also included DeLonghi panel radiators, an Intec condensing boiler and an Immergas Partage box. The complete system was installed to integrate neatly with the construction and finishes of the home.
