Optima successfully delivered comprehensive HVAC solutions for the West Pines Lifestyle Centre, a bustling commercial hub in Melton.
One of Optima’s largest undertakings, this project involved supplying and installing HVAC systems across thirteen tenancies within the West Pines Lifestyle Centre. Collaborating with Ark Industrial Pty Ltd, the team completed the project within the client’s timeframe, delivering efficient and visually integrated systems for tenants, including well-known names like Officeworks, RSEA, and BCF. Located just minutes from Melton Town Centre, this development now offers a comfortable and energy-efficient environment for businesses and residents alike.
The project featured Actron rooftop packaged units and Daikin split systems, both chosen for their reliability and energy efficiency. Exposed solid spiro ductwork was installed to distribute airflow effectively while maintaining a modern industrial aesthetic in retail areas. Comprehensive ventilation and exhaust systems were also implemented, alongside a building management system (BMS) and mechanical services switchboard (MSSB) to provide seamless operational control and monitoring.
