Introduction

Optima completed air conditioning and ventilation works for warehouse, factory and office spaces within the former Ford factory site in Norlane.

Project Overview

The project required a combination of air conditioning and ventilation systems to suit the different areas and uses across the site. This included heating and cooling for offices and occupied spaces, together with ventilation for nominated warehouse and factory areas.

Our Solution

Optima installed Daikin rooftop packaged units, ducted split systems and wall-mounted split systems to provide heating and cooling throughout the nominated areas. Mechanical ventilation systems were also installed to support airflow within the warehouse, factory and office spaces.
